Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners participated in the tender. The petitioners claim that without any sound reason, petitioners's tender was not accepted. The tender ought to have been allotted in their favour. 2.
Learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.4 submits that the tender has already allotted in their favour and 1/2
16. wp 11806.16.doc goods/material has distributed to the Corporation. The petitioners's contention is that goods supplied by the petitioners were returned by the Corporation to the petitioners. 3.
Without expressing any opinion on merits of the matter, we direct that the petitioners shall file a comprehensive representation to the Commissioner of the Corporation. In case, such a comprehensive representation is received by the Corporation, we direct the Commissioner to look into the grievance of the petitioners. In case, the petitioners have suffered any damages, they may resort to appropriate alternate remedy as contemplated in law.

With aforesaid directions, Writ Petition is disposed of.
