Heard. By this Civil Application, the Applicant is seeking early hearing of the Family Court Appeal. Both the counsel submit that both the Family Court Appeals are ready for hearing.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, the averments made in the Civil Application and the earlier orders dated 15.02.2018 and 31.01.2019, we are satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application.
