In the above Petition the issue raised is as regards the financial assistance to the Petitioners under the Scheme being implemented by the National Co-operative Development Corporation (for short "NCDC"). The learned AGP on the basis of the written instructions which she has received from the Desk Officer Ms. Gauri Mhaske, Co-operation, Marketing and Textile Department, Government of Maharashtra, makes a statement that the proposal of 27 Petitioners are under consideration, in respect of 7 proposal the NCDC has already advanced financial assistance, and in respect of 3 Petitioners their proposals are rejected on the ground that they have not submitted all papers, out of which the registration of one of the Petitioners has been cancelled, who is at Sr.No.22.
