By this civil application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay in filing the civil application and prays that the order dated 9th February 2015 passed by the learned Registrar (Judl.-II) be set aside. 2.

The applicant undertakes to furnish a copy of the first appeal upon the respondent within two weeks from today. Learned counsel for the applicant states that the respondent is already served by private service. Statement is accepted.
