By this petition, the Petitioner is challenging the order made by the SDO, Kadegaon under section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. By the said order, the Petitioner was prohibited from entering into or staying within the jurisdiction of Kagegaon Tahsil for the period between 8th October 2014 to 20th October 2014. The said period is already over.
