P.C. :- The Appeal which is of the year 2011 was admitted on 14 July 2015. At the time of issuance of notice on 12 September 2012 parties were directed to maintain status-quo. This order was continued when the Appeal was admitted and in the Civil Application since learned counsel for the Respondents had sought time, hearing of the Application was deferred. On 2 April 2016, the Civil Application was adjourned to 19 July 2016. It was directed that reply if any, to be filed before the next date. No reply is filed. 2.

The learned counsel for the Respondents again seeks time. The order of status-quo is operating since last almost four years. No reply is filed by the Respondents to demonstrate why this order be not
