By this Civil Application, Applicant Insurance Company is seeking condonation of 58 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 09.02.2015 passed by the MACT,Nashik in Claim Petition No. 1364/2011.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Applicant and averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application.
