The said Interim Application is placed before this Court. Keeping in view the contents of the letter dated 05th August 2021 written by the Appellant - Arun Appaso Dange, we deem it appropriate to appoint advocate Mr. Shyam V Walve to represent Arun Appaso Dange, who is Appellant in Criminal Appeal No.1288 of 2011 and Respondent No.1 in Criminal Appeal No.654 of 2012. The Registry shall serve the paper book on advocate Mr. Shyam Walve on or before 13th January 2022. The Criminal Interim Application No.2848 of 2021 is accordingly disposed of.
