Heard the learned Advocate for petitioners and the learned APP.

The petition is filed for transfer of investigation of C.R.No. I-380 of 2016 registered with the Narpoli Police Station. The learned APP placed on record a report dated 06/06/2017 of Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone-2, Bhiwandi, Thane. The report shows that out of total 6 accused, 5 accused are arrested and one is expired. Charge-sheet is already submitted against the 3 accused and supplementary charge-sheet would be filed against the remaining 2 accused. The report also shows that the investigation of the said criminal case was supervised by DCP, Zone-II. URS

Mr. Yagnik, learned APP, on instructions of PI Sanjay Bende, makes a statement that the supplementary charge-sheet would be filed within two weeks against the other accused. The statement is accepted.

In the light of the above statement, we do not feel it necessary to interfere in the writ petition. No need to transfer the investigation of the said crime. The petition is accordingly dismissed. (SARANG V. KOTWAL, J.) (RANJIT MORE, J.) URS
