The applicant who claims to be the Chairman of the petitioner No.1- Trust seeks intervention in this writ petition on the ground that the applicant has filed a complaint to the Deputy Director of Education for granting approval to the petitioner No.2.

Mr. Bhavke, learned counsel for the original petitioners states that without admitting the allegations of the applicant in the Civil Application, he has no objection if the applicant is impleaded as a party respondent. The statement is accepted.

Civil Application is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). The applicant shall be impleaded as respondent No.4 in the writ petition.

The petitioner to carry out the amendment within one week from today. The papers and the proceedings in the writ petition shall be served upon the learned counsel for the applicant simultaneously. The respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and respondent No.4 are permitted to file an affidavit-in-reply to the amended copy of the petition within three weeks from the date of service of the amended copy of the petition and shall serve a copy thereof upon the petitioner's advocate simultaneously. Rejoinder, if any, shall be filed within one week thereafter with a copy to be served upon the respondents' advocates simultaneously.
