The complainant is already facing prosecution in Crime No. 86 of 2016 for an offence punishable under Sections 302, 307, 143, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 135 of the Mumbai Police Act pursuant to the complaint lodged by the son of the Applicant - Kashibai for murdering her son namely, Prakash.

Considering the nature of offence as alleged and delay of one day in lodging FIR, in my opinion, ad-interim protection granted by this Court on 7th September 2018 in favour of both the Applicants need to be confirmed. In addition that - (A) In the event of arrest in Crime No. 261 of 2018 for an offence punishable under Sections 307, 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, both the Applicants be released on executing PR Bond of Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties each in the like amount.

(B) Both the Applicants shall attend the Investigating Officer as and when directed.

Both the Anticipatory Bail Applications stand disposed of accordingly.
