Since the applicants are served with a notice under Section 41A of the Cr. P.C., the learned counsel for the applicants undertake that the applicants shall report to the Investigating Officer within a period of seven days from today.

On their presence, the Investigating Officer shall investigate with them and in case if he comes to a conclusion that their custodial interrogation is necessary, he shall record the reasons to that effect. Before effecting their arrest, he shall give 72 hours notice in advance 3.

With the aforesaid directions, the applications stand disposed of. 4.

Interim applications also stand disposed of.
