This is an application for extension of time to furnish surety and cash bail facility granted by this Court vide order dated 13.07.2022 passed by this Court in Criminal Appeal No.521 of 2022.

The applicant was granted bail on condition that he shall execute P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. He was also permitted to furnish cash bail in the sum of Rs.25,000/- for a period of six weeks. by SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date:

It is submitted that the applicant could not furnish surety within stipulated time. The surety is ready and extension may be granted for reasonable period to furnish surety and the facility of cash bail may be extended by eight weeks.

Considering the aforesaid circumstances, I pass the following order :-

ORDER

i) Interim Application No.3265 of 2022 is allowed and disposed off.

ii) Time to furnish surety in accordance with order dated 13.07.2022 passed by this Court in Criminal Appeal No.521 of 2022 as well as cash bail facility granted vide same order is extended by period of eight weeks.
