Patil attached to Bazarpeth Police Station, Kalyan submitted that, during the course of investigation of the present crime, no evidence against the Petitioner was found and therefore the name of the Petitioner is dropped from the array of accused persons at the time of filing of the chargesheet. 2) In view thereof, Petition for quashing of C.R.No.I-119 of 2018 registered with Bazarpeth Police Station, Kalyan does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
