Present Interim Application has been taken out for deleting the name of deceased Petitioner No. 1 who expired on 28.08.2021. There is no delay whatsoever.

Perused the Interim Application. For the reasons stated therein, the Application is allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clause (a), (b) and (c) which read thus:-

(b) Original Petition Nos. 2 and 3 be described in their personal capacity as well as heir of late original Petitioner No. 1; (c) Applicants be allowed to amend the petition as mentioned in the schedule.

Amendment be carried out before 05.01.2023. Re-verification is dispensed with. Copy of the amended cause-title be served on the Respondents.

Writ Petition be placed on board on 5th January, 2023. To be placed high on board.
