This is an application for anticipatory bail by the aforesaid applicant who is arrayed as accused in Crime No.216 of 2015 registered with Sangola Police Station for the offence under Section 354, 354(D) of I.P.C. r/w. 8 and 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

Heard Shri Joshi, the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State. Perused the record. The applicant is said to be the relative of the victim. The statement of the victim pps
10 aba 1479-15.doc prima facie reveals that applicant had entered her house and molested her. Her statement further indicates that even previously the applicant had tried to molest her and had tried to abuse her. Considering that the victim is a minor child, and the offence is involving the child, the applicant is not entitled for anticipatory bail. 3.
