P.C.:- Both parties have filed consent terms, which read thus:-
1. The Applicant & Respondent hereby accept that they have settled their disputes amicably and there are grudges against each other.
2. Both parties shall appear before the Family Court at Pune on 8th January, 2019 and shall file joint application u/s. 13B of Hindu Marriage Act, 1953 for dissolution of marriage.
3. Both parties agreed to not to make any claim against each other including claim in form of money or compensation.

4. Both parties also agree to withdraw all the pending cases pending before different courts against each other and also undertake not to file any further application/cases in future.
5.Both parties have understood present terms and have signed these consent terms before the Hon'ble Court.

The terms are signed by the parties. Same are taken on record and marked 'x' for identification. In the light of the said consent terms the application stands disposed of.
