They have submitted that the Consent Terms be taken on record and the above Second Appeal be disposed off in terms of the Consent Terms. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The Consent Terms are signed by Smt. Deepali Dilip Jabde and Mr. Kunal Dilip Jabde, Appellants, who are the legal heirs of the original Appellant and by the Respondent - Jaywant Laxman Jabade. All the signatories are present in Court. They have informed the Court that their Advocates have explained to them the contents of the Consent Terms in Marathi and they have understood the same and they have no objection to the same. They have also informed the Court that they have ssp 1/2

sa 962 of 2015 (3).sxw signed the Consent Terms of their own free will and volition and without any fear, force or coercion. The Advocates for the parties have also signed the Consent Terms. The Second Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms, marked 'X'
