Applicant's revision, against the conviction under Section 304(A) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and sentence to suffer rigorous imprisonment for one year, is pending for consideration in this Court. Pending revision, he moved an application seeking permission to travel abroad from January, th November, 2022. This Court vide order dated 23 rd 2022 to 30 April, 2019, permitted the applicant to travel abroad, i.e., United States of America, Europe, United Kingdom and Asia Shivgan 1/3
st May, 2019 to 30 th March, 2020 during the period from 1 subject to condition that he would furnish the details of his travel plan, contact details and his place of residence in the respective countries to Juhu Police Station, Mumbai. Applicant is General Manager of one Aries Technical Sales & Services Private Limited and as a part of his service, he is required to travel to different countries for attending exhibitions, conferences and events for and on behalf of the said company. It appears, when the applicant was permitted to travel th March, 2020, he abided by the abroad during May, 2019 to 30 conditions imposed by this Court.
In consideration of the facts of the case, application is allowed.
Applicant is permitted to travel abroad, i.e., North and South America, Europe, United Kingdom, Asia, Africa, st January, 2022 to 30 th Australia and New Zealand from 1 Shivgan 2/3
November, 2022 subject to condition that he shall furnish the details of travel plan including his place of residence in abroad, contact details and e-mail id to the police officer attached to the Juhu Police Station, Mumbai. Further, he shall report to Juhu Police Station, Mumbai within two weeks from the date on which he returns to India.
Application is disposed of accordingly.
