ORDER :
The Appellant-State Government has filed these Letters Patent Appeals against the impugned common order dated 09.03.2011. However, there is a delay in filing these Letters Patent Appeals.

Considering the grounds so raised and the issue is with regard to the regularization of workers/employees, as noted, who are in service for many years but, the case of the Appellant-State Government is that those posts were not sanctioned. Therefore, the challenge to the said order.
At this stage, considering the grounds so raised and also the reason for delay in filing the present Letters Patent Appeals and specifically, the supporting affidavits, we are inclined to condone the delay, as though served, none appeared for the Respondents. Even otherwise a sufficient case is made out for condonation of delay. Delay is accordingly condoned. All the Civil Applications are accordingly allowed. No costs.
