By the present Petition, Petitioners have challenged the proceedings in Sessions Case No.190 of 2016 pending on the file of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Thane.

Learned A.P.P. on instructions from Mr. R.K. Jadhav, Police Sub Inspector attached to Shil Daighar Police Station, District Thane, submitted that, the trial of the said case has already progressed and the prosecution has examined one witness as of today.
