Heard learned counsel for the parties.

At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant does not press for prayer clause (a), as the Court is not inclined to consider the same. He, however, presses for prayer clause (b), which reads as under:- "13.

That this Hon'ble court be pleased to Order and direct the Applicant in event of this Hon'ble court do not consider prayer clause (a) that the applicant be released on provisional cash Bail of like amount that is Rs.25,000 in lieu of one or two local sureties for a period of 8 weeks."

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is unable to furnish one or two solvent local sureties as directed by this Court vide order dated 11th April, 2019, and requests that the applicant be released on provisional cash Bail of like amount that is Rs.25,000/-. 4.

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed and the condition set out in clause - i) of para 6, imposed by this Court (Coram : A.S.Gadkari, J.)vide order dated 11th April, 2019, passed in Bail Application No.471 of 2019, stands modified. 5.

Accordingly, the Applicant shall now be released on provisional cash bail in the sum of Rs.25,000/-, for a period of eight weeks. The Applicant shall within the said period of eight weeks, comply with clause - i) of para 6, of the order dated 11th April, 2019. Rest of the conditions imposed vide order dated 11th April, 2019, to remain as it is. 6.

The Application is allowed and disposed of in above terms. 7.
