skc 27-CA-4608-11-ORS 2] Today, Mr. Potnis appears for the respondents. He however submits that he is not quite sure, as to whether service has indeed been effected upon the respondents or not.

3] At this stage, there is no reason to doubt either the statement or the affidavit filed on behalf of the State. Accordingly, the civil applications are allowed and the applications seeking condonation of delay in each of these appeals are restored.

4] Civil applications are disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

5] Place the civil applications for condonation of delay in instituting the first appeals on 21 February 2017. (M. S. SONAK, J.) Chandka 2/2
