Learned counsel Mr. Kothari appearing for the petitioners, submits that the order impugned in this petition is withdrawn by the Deputy Director of Education, by communication dated 18th December, 2013. He placed on record the said order which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

In the light of above, Mr. Kothari learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner no more survives and he, therefore, eeks leave to withdraw the same. 3.
