Petitioner-accused and respondent No.2-complainant with their Advocates jointly request for quashing of FIR under Section 420 of Indian Penal Code. Parties are present.

We find that on the basis of very same consent terms, prosecution under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act has been quashed by this Court in Criminal Application No. 471 of 2016 on 7th December 2018.
