P.C.:- By an Order dated 7th September, 2018 the Applicant was granted interim relief and was directed to attend the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police station on stipulated dates, to cooperate in the process of investigation. Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant and the learned APP. Perused the record.
The learned APP, on instructions, submitted that the Applicant has complied with the said condition and recovery of the C.P.U. and mobile phone of the Applicant has been effected under a panchanama.

ssm 2 11-aba1827.18.doc The record of investigation indicates that, after seizure of the said articles, the Police have send those articles to the Forensic Science Laboratory for analysis and its report is awaited. It further indicates that, major part of the investigation of the present crime is already completed and the police are awaiting for the report of Forensic Science Laboratory of the said analysis. In view thereof, the custodial interrogation of the Applicant for further investigation of the present crime is not necessary. Interim relief granted by Order dated 7th September, 2018 is hereby confirmed.
However, the Applicant is directed to report to the Investigating Officer as and when called for between 10 a.m. to 12 noon on receipt of a notice in that behalf and to co-operate in the process of investigation till submission of the final report.
