1] The learned counsel for the applicant and the respondent No.2 jointly submitted that, the parties herein have amicably settled the matter and tendered across the bar Consent Terms dated 4.4.2019. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 2] The said Consent Terms are signed by the applicant, the respondent No.2 and the original accused No.2 Subrata Ghosh and their signatures have been identified by their respective Advocates. The agreement clauses mentioned in the said Consent Terms are treated as undertakings given to this Court by the parties therein. 1/2

4] It is to be noted here that, if the applicant fails to adhere to the schedule of payment mentioned in the said Consent Terms at page Nos.3 and 4, the first informant/respondent No.2 will be at liberty to file an application for cancellation of bail.
