Learned APP on instructions from P.S.I, Aarey Police Station, Mumbai submitted that, the trial of Petitioner has already commenced and as of today prosecution has examined 12 witnesses in Sessions Case No. 189 of 2015 before the Sessions Court, Dindoshi, Mumbai. That, Petitioner is being regularly produced before the Trial Court. 2.

In view thereof, the grievance of the Petitioner in the present Petition as of today does not survive and the Petition is accordingly disposed off.
