The learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No. 1 states that Respondent No.1 has expired. In view of the statement, application is abated as against Respondent No.1. So far as Respondent No. 2 is concerned, the record shows that he has been served.

Heard learned APP for the State. Perused the application. We find that in paragraph Nos. 2 to 5, State has explained the delay of 24 days occurred in filing application for leave to appeal.
