This is an application for anticipatory bail in C.R. No.184 of 2022, registered with Yeola Taluka Police Station, Nashik for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. was registered on 31st May, 2022. The case of the prosecution is that the truck with sand was intercepted. The driver showed licence with regard to transport of sand. It was noticed that the licence was tampered. The applicant is the owner of the vehicle.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the four F.I.R's. were registered against the accused No.3. During the investigation it was found that there was requisite permission to transport the sand. Learned counsel for the applicant had tendered Sunny Thote
22-ABA-2716-2022.doc the compilation of documents including the the said F.I.R. and the order passed therein. In one of the order the prosecution had given no objection for grant of anticipatory bail.

Learned APP on instructions from the officer present in the Court submit that custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary.
ORDER
i.
Anticipatory Bail Application No. 2716 of 2022 is allowed;
ii.
In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with C.R. No.184 of 2022, registered with Yeola Taluka Police Station, Nashik, the applicant be released on bail on executing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount;
iii.
The application stands disposed off.
