It is the grievance of the Petitioner that he lodged a complaint on 30 th September, 2015, addressed to the Inspector Incharge, Kharghar Police Station, Navi Mumbai, however, no cognizance has been taken by the police officer. The Petitioner may resort to an alternate remedy as prescribed under section 154 (3), 156 (3) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
