By this petition, the Petitioner had applied for parole leave to attend his brother's wedding on 12th June, 2019. The application was made on 2nd May, 2019, which was granted on payment of the escort charge. Since the Petitioner making grievance that he cannot afford this escort charge, he filed this petition through jail. 2.
The learned APP states that on 20th July, 2021, the Petitioner was acquitted and as on today, since the date of wedding is over, the petition has become infructuous.

We note that the application dated 9th August, 2019 was received on 26th August, 2019 by the Registry, after the date of wedding was over. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous.
