P.C:- This Civil Application has been taken out by the Applicant, seeking to amend the Writ Petition, which is still awaiting admission. The Petition as filed, challenges the order passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Navi Mumbai as reflected in the Roznama dated 31st July, 2017. Applicant (Petitioner) states that he has now received a copy of the speaking order dated 5th August, 2017 of the decision taken on 31st July, 2017. Thus, he seeks to annex the same as an Exhibit to the Petition and also seeks to add grounds as detailed in the schedule to the present Civil Application. In the above view, prayer clauses (a) of this application is, allowed. S.R.JOSHI
caw-2682-2017 So far as prayer clause (b) in the application is concerned, it merely seeks to correctly spell the name of Respondent No.4. Thus, prayer clause (b) is also allowed.
Thus, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) & (b).
Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today. Amended copy of the Petition to be served upon the Respondent immediately, thereafter.
