By the present Petition, Petitioner has prayed that, he may be directed to be transferred to open prison as he had served ten years of actual imprisonment.

Learned APP on instructions from the Deputy Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik submitted that, as the behaviour of the Petitioner at earlier jail was not proper and he was transferred to Aurangabad Central Prison, Aurangabad.
