The husband is challenging order of interim maintenance granted by the Trial Court directing husband to pay Rs.3,000/- per month to respondent/wife and Rs.4,000/- per month to girl child. 2.

The Trial Court recorded finding that minimum amount which the petitioner/husband must be earning Rs.25,000/-. 3.

On perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the case of wife in relation to income of husband is not accepted as it is. However, the Trial Court based on material on record has arrived at conclusion that the husband is earning Rs.25,000/-. Considering the reasons arises in the order from the material on record, I find that finding of Rs.25,000/- does not suffer from any legal infirmity, the Trial Court is entitled to arrive at such finding

13-wp-13002-2023.doc based on such guess of earning. Hence, there is no perversity in the impugned order.

The writ petition is, therefore dismissed. No costs. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
