dgm 2 21-wp-11617-16.sxw The statement is made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties that the Petitioners case is fully covered and governed by a Division Bench order of this Court dated 1.8.2017 in Writ Petition No.10133/2016-Mrs. Shivanee Prasanna Deshpande vs. The State of Maharahtra & ors along with companion matters. The learned AGP concede to this position also. Therefore, as the facts and circumstances and position of law is similar, we are inclined to dispose of the writ petitions, on similar lines by granting prayer (b).
Rule made absolute accordingly.
