This is an application to record the demise of sole-respondent Shri. Dattatray Narayan Samant, who was the original plaintiff in T.E.&R Suit No.46/53 of 2003 before the Small Causes Court at Mumbai and to substitute the deceased respondent, who is the General Secretary of Maharashtra Vidya Vikas Mandal, Kurla, Mumbai by the name of Shri. Satyendra Dattatray Samant, who has since been appointed by Resolution dated 11.12.2020 as a new General Secretary.

For the reasons stated in the application, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The newly added respondent is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title of the petition forthwith. 4.
