This Second Appeal challenges a judgment and order passed by the Ad-hoc District Judge, Solapur in Civil Appeal No. 32/2005. Learned Counsel for the parties tender terms of mutual consent arrived at between them. These terms have been duly signed by the parties as well as their respective Advocates.

Learned Counsel submit that the original decree passed by the Trial Court and modified by the First Appellate Court shall now be substituted in terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties as per the terms of
