Petitioner claims that it has filed an application before the respondent no. 1 - Nashik District Security Guards Board for its registration. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said application is pending since 25th March 2015 and till date no decision on it has been taken by the respondent no. 1 Board. 2] The prayer has been made to dispose of this petition by directing the respondent no. 1 Board to decide the petitioner's application for registration as expeditiously as possible. Keeping in view the aforesaid limited prayer, we dispose of the petition by 1/2

skc 2 31-WP-3241-16.sxw directing the respondent no. 1 Board to consider and take appropriate decision on the petitioner's applications dated 25th March 2015 (Exhibit 'D') and 2nd March 2015 (Exhibit 'D' Colly.) in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. The representative of the petitioner to appear before the Board on 27th June 2017.
