After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant bail to the Applicant, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw this Application. Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, as the C. R. was registered in 2014 and the Applicant was arrested in 2015 & is in custody since then, the trial of the Applicant is expedited. The learned Sessions Judge to conclude the case as expeditiously as possible and in any event within nine months from the date of receipt of this order. Accordingly, the Application is disposed of.
