We are informed by learned Counsel for Respondent-Bank that since the Petitioners have failed to comply with the order of this Court dated 30th August 2019, the Respondent-Bank has taken physical possession of the secured asset on 31st August 2019. 2.

Since the Petitioners have an alternate remedy before the DRAT to challenge the impugned order dated 29th August 2019 of the DRT, the Petition is dismissed with liberty to the Petitioners to approach DRAT.
