The above Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 30-4-2014 passed by the Learned Presiding Officer, School Tribunal, Kolhapur by which order, the Learned Tribunal has held that in view of the pendency of Civil Application St No.25839 of 2012 in Writ Petition No.8699 of 2009, the order of reinstatement could not be passed in favour of the Petitioner. The said Civil Application has now been numbered as Civil Application No.1698 of 2015. The said Civil Application has been rejected by this Court by an orderb passed today i.e. 5-8-2015. In view of the said order, it now not necessary to keep the above Petition pending. In the light of the said order dated 5-8-2015, the above Petition to stand disposed of. The School Tribunal is directed to proceed in the matter of execution of the order passed by it in accordance with law.
