Learned APP submits that in the present case, charge is framed in Talwalkar 1/2

43.ba2018.2022.16.doc all cases and witness summons are issued. The next scheduled date of hearing is 21/12/2016.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is in custody since September, 2015 and the offences are punishable with imprisonment upto 3 years as the offences are triable by the Court of Special Court.

In view of this, since the charge is framed and witness summons are issued, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the trial. However, the learned Special Court is hereby requested to make an endeavour to conclude recording of evidence as far as possible on or before 30th April, 2017. In view of this, the applications stand rejected and disposed of accordingly.
