1] By an Order dated 21st November 2018, the applicant was granted interim relief.

2] Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP. Perused the record produced before this Court. 3] It is an admitted fact on record that, the applicant was not a Director of the Company namely Nisarg Flora Private Ltd. That her husband Shri Shripad Mule was the Director of the said Company. It appears that, it is only because she is wife of Shripad Mule and accompanied him on certain occasions in the office of the Company to meet the investors, her name has been implicated in the present crime. 1/2
