By this civil application, the applicants seek condonation of delay in filing civil application and for restoration of the second appeal which was dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 6th December 2007.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicants states that private paper book is ready and would be filed within three weeks from today. Statement is accepted.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (b1). Delay is condoned. Second appeal is restored to file on condition that the applicants file private paper book within three weeks from today. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted. If private paper
