This Interim Application is taken out to bring on record legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.6. The Respondent No.6 passed away on 14th April, 2021 and the Interim Application is taken out on 29th September, 2022. 2.

Due to Covid Pandemic, the Supreme Court has suspended the limitation period from 15th March, 2020 till

02-IA-20564-2022.doc 28th February, 2022. Even considering said period, there is delay in fling the Interim Application.

Learned counsel appearing for the Respondents strongly opposes the Interim Application. However, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
