Learned counsel appearing for the applicants states that both the respondents are served and undertakes to file affidavit of service within one week from today. Statement is accepted. None appeared for respondent no.1. 2.
By this civil application, the applicants seek condonation of delay of 20 days in filing the appeal from order. Respondent no.2 has not filed any affidavit in reply.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, delay of 20 days in filing appeal from order is condoned.

The applicants are directed to remove all office objections within one week from today. Civil application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
