The Petitioners as well as Respondent No. 4 have by mutual agreement decided to put an end to the dispute amongst them in the matter of right of way that the Petitioners' claim to approach their respective lands. The consent terms duly signed by the Petitioners as well as Respondent No. 4 - Firm alongwith a Deed of right of way are placed on record. The parties are present in Court today.

In view of the aforesaid consent terms, the Writ

31. WP 12837-2022.doc Petition is disposed of in terms of the said consent terms clarifying that the said consent terms will bind the Petitioners and the partners of Respondent No. 4 - Firm. It is made clear that Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 are not signatories to the consent terms and we have not examined the binding effect of the same on the Respondent Nos. 1 to 3.
