Learned AGP appearing for Respondents/State points out that for not effecting mutation, present Petition has been filed. According to him, there is alternate remedy in Maharashtra Land Revenue Code and civil suit between parties is already pending.

Learned Counsel for Petitioner upon instructions pressed only for prayer clause (b). By that prayer Petitioner seeks expeditious disposal regular Suit No.805/14. It is seen that suit is more than four years old. We therefore direct trial Court to expedite the same and to decide it within one year from the date of communication of this order.

With these directions and keeping all other contentions open, we dispose of Writ Petition.
