P.C.:- The Applicant was granted interim relief by Order dated 7th September, 2018 and was directed to attend the Investigating Officer as and when called for to join the process of investigation. It appears from the record that, the Applicant has complied with the said condition.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant and the learned APP. Perused the record of investigation. The record indicates that the Applicant has complied with the Order dated 7th September, 2018 and has deposited the said sum of Rs.67,95,000/- in the account of Jai Bhavani Co-operative Housing 1/2

In view thereof, the custodial interrogation of the Applicant for further investigation of the present crime is not necessary.

Interim relief granted by Order dated 7th September, 2018 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station is waived. Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S. GADKARI, J.) 2/2
